      Read Rosamund Hodge's story. I like her writing often because it portrays fallible heroines - girls who want to try, girls who don't, girls who try and mess up spectacularly but who don't abide giving up. The endless cycle of giving and sacrificing in the romantic relationship was an interesting dynamic. I enjoyed it very much.

      'And Her Eyes Sewn Shut with Unicorn Hair' by Rosamund Hodge is a subversion of the unicorn fairy tales. While I do have an interest in fairytales, unicorns are pretty low on the type of creatures I want more stories about.       Rosamund Hodges 'And Her Eyes Sewn Shut With Unicorn Hair' gripped me immediately, although lost me briefly towards the end. I loved the different take on Unicorn fairy tales, and the mythology behind it.
