This book almost passed through my hands at work without perusal. But I'm glad I took a little break to go through it. Unlike most modern art books, this one is strictly as advertised. Beautifully lit scenes of mist covered cars in the night-time with sad-eyed dogs waiting - to be let out, for some company, for the ride to continue - we don't know.

I received this book in the mail today and promptly sat down to read and look at the gorgeous pictures. It's amazing. The looks on these dogs faces is priceless. I love to look and wonder.what is going through their mind? A most beautiful coffee table book that I will enjoy for years to come! Highly Recommend for you dog lovers out there!

Dreamlike is the perfect description for this haunting and ethereal collection of staged photographs of dogs abandoned in cars. The images are so stark and stunning and beautifully crafted. A short work, but a powerful, emotional one.
