      A few chapters in this volume I was thinking I'd start this review with a blanket warning for Mayu Shinjo's love affair with sexual assault and dubious consent and then go on to discuss how it is all about episodic genderbending hijinks with the only consistent thread being Shinjo's quest to see just how far she could push this series before having to officially reclassify it as porn. Then I got to the flashback chapter and I started to have actual thoughts about Akira's positioning as girly and [...]

      Somehow I soldiered on despite my endless "I should stop now" during the first two volumes. I should've listened to my gut instinct and DNF this, but I didn't. I should be surprised that I was even more bored during the flashbacks.
